Dewan Perniagaan Bumiputera Sabah (DPBS)
Sabah Bumiputera Chamber of Commerce (SBCC)
Sabah Bumiputera Chamber of Commerce (SBCC) was registered on 7 January 1972 in accordance with the Societies Act 1966. The formation of SBCC was realized by a group of Bumiputera businessmen who felt that a body/society ought to be formed to look after the interest of the Bumiputera businessmen/entrepreneurs in the state of Sabah. They realized that the bumiputera community was lagging behind in the business/trade and industry sector, and this had driven them to encourage bumiputera businessmen/entrepreneurs to venture into such sectors through a registered body known as SBCC.
